Parmco's warranty is our promise to you, that we stand by the quality of our products. We offer industry leading warranties, up to 7 years on selected products at no extra cost!
We realise that a company's performance is often measured on how fast and well they respond to a problem. Our in-house service team and nation-wide service agents network are experienced and professional. They will work very hard to fix your issue, fix it well and do it fast!
To make a claim under warranty, contact Parmco via phone on (09) 573 56 78 extension 2, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any service under warranty must be authorised by Parmco first, and be provided by an authorised Parmco service agent. Parmco's warranty is additional to and does not affect any rights and remedies available to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Use or installation that is not complying with NZ Regulations or with the instructions set in the Installation and Operating Manual may invalidate the warranty. Use of this product in commercial premises will reduce the manufactures warranty. Please contact your local Parmco rep to discuss commercial warranty cover.
Please note: The 3 and 7 year warranty applies to products purchased after 1st June 2017. For products purchased prior to this date please refer to your product manual.
For any service jobs under warranty, please have ready the following documents:
- Proof of purchase (this is the receipt/invoice you obtained from the store where you purchased the product);
- Serial number (this can be found in the Operating Manual pack that came with your new product);
- Your contact details so we can communicate with you quickly and efficiently.
