An induction cooktop works by using magnetic energy to heat the pot or pan, put simply – the pot is the element. Our Induction Hob system is highly efficient; allowing rapid rise or drop in temperature, providing faster cooking times, and increased energy efficiency with high level of control that cant be matched with either gas or ceramic cook tops.
